Know the stage.Know what is next.
A quote, a booked truck and a truck on the road are different milestones. Explore how the shipment workspace makes that progress visible.
Walk through the stagesYOUR NEXT THREE STEPS
From question to action.
- 01
Open your shipment.
Sign in to the shipper portal and open the shipment you want to follow. The progress tracker shows its recorded stage and the next action.
- 02
Keep the context together.
Review updates and conversation in the shipment workspace. Put receiving details and questions with the shipment so the team can follow the same record.
- 03
Follow through after delivery.
Review the delivery update and shipment documents. Delivery and invoicing are separate: the invoice follows verification of proof of delivery.

Build details
Enter the lane, equipment and freight details. Check dimensions, weight and dates before moving on. A draft is preparation; it does not mean a truck has been booked.
Confirm quote
Review the quote and shipment requirements. The market estimate is a starting point; confirmation is a separate step. Check the terms shown on your actual quote before confirming.
Sourcing
The shipment is seeking carrier coverage. Review the options and next action in your own workspace. Sourcing is not the same as a booked truck.
Booked
Carrier coverage has been recorded. Review the shipment details and keep pickup and receiving information current. Booked does not yet mean the freight has left the shipper.
Dispatched
The carrier has been dispatched for pickup. Check the shipment updates for the latest details. This stage comes before pickup; the freight is not yet shown as in transit.
In transit
Pickup has been recorded and the shipment is moving. Follow the updates and keep delivery questions in the shipment conversation. Review appointment changes with the freight team.
Delivered
Delivery has been recorded. Review the shipment documents and any receiving discrepancies. Proof of delivery still needs verification before the invoice is issued.
Choose a stage above to change this sample. Your actual shipment progresses from its recorded events; these controls cannot book, dispatch or update freight.
