Electronic Signature Consent & Disclosure

Effective: June 25, 2026Version: 2026-06-25
In plain terms (summary — not part of the agreement)

Before you sign electronically, U.S. law (the ESIGN Act and UETA) requires us to tell you that you are agreeing to use electronic records and signatures, that you can get a paper copy, and that you can withdraw your consent. Signing below means you agree to do this electronically.

This disclosure governs your use of electronic records and electronic signatures for the Rate Confirmation and the related dispatch documents we present to you for signature. By checking the consent box and signing, you consent under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) to conduct this transaction electronically.

Your electronic signature on the Rate Confirmation has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on a paper document.

1. Consent to electronic records and signatures

You agree that the Rate Confirmation, its Terms & Conditions, the incorporated Broker–Carrier Agreement, and any related confirmations or notices may be provided to you electronically and signed with an electronic signature, and that those electronic records satisfy any law that would otherwise require them to be in writing.

2. Scope of your consent

This consent applies to the specific Rate Confirmation you are signing and to the documents incorporated into or issued with it (including the Bill of Lading and dispatch instructions). It does not require you to receive other communications electronically.

3. Right to a paper copy

You may request a paper copy of any record we provide electronically at no charge by contacting our dispatch team at ops@thltrucking.com. Requesting a paper copy does not, by itself, withdraw your consent to sign electronically.

4. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to sign this Rate Confirmation electronically before you sign by declining and contacting dispatch to arrange an alternative. Withdrawing consent has no retroactive effect on a Rate Confirmation you have already signed electronically.

5. Systems you need to access and retain the records

To view, sign, download, and retain these records you need a current web browser, internet access, an email address, and the ability to open and save PDF files. We recommend you save or print the signed Rate Confirmation and the Certificate of Completion for your records.

6. Keeping your contact information current

You are responsible for giving us a current email address and notifying dispatch if it changes, so we can deliver electronic records to you.

7. Signature evidence we record

When you sign, we record your name, title, IP address, browser, and the date and time, together with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact document presented to you and of this consent text. We assemble that evidence into a Certificate of Completion retained with the signed Rate Confirmation.
